The candidate for this position is a creative visionary with extensive experience in developing compelling and engaging creative marketing programs across multiple channels in the retail industry.
Leading all Creative marketing initiatives for the brand to include: direct mail, in-store signage, seasonal window visualization, point-of-purchase marketing, catalogs, product branding, labeling and packaging, web creative, e-commerce, email campaigns, broadcast advertising and corporate marketing.
Partnering with Brand Marketing team to creatively interpret brand strategy, determine advertising requirements and ensure materials are executed according to brand objectives and deadlines.
Integrating the brand strategy across all customer touch points (Direct Mail, advertising, in-store experience, and e-commerce).
Collaborating with cross functional teams to develop the appropriate creative/business strategies (VP Marketing, Brand President, Head Merchants, Visual Merchandising, store operations, finance, e-commerce, planning/allocations and credit).
Communicating with internal departments and fostering relationships with external partners to ensure company business objectives are met.
