Oversees the floor concept process and lifecycle of the product from adoption to seasonal direction. In addition, will manage the work flow and production of the Visual Merchandising Creative Coordinator.

Principal Responsibilities:

Partner will merchant team in creating shop maps for floorset.
Partner with merchants in confirming table priorities for floorset.
Direct Creative Coordinator in creative needs for floorset.
Coordinate and run pre-set meeting prior to floorset; present and review shop maps, promo list and marketing; resolve all preliminary floorset issues.
Execute formal floorset walk through with executives, merchants, store ops and marketing.
Oversee production of floorset document from table priorities to fashion message.
Travel to hot zone to execute additional floorsets for holiday.
Partner with Creative Coordinator and marketing team in selecting/creating all assets for monthly floorsets.
Travel stores with District Manager and Field Visual Managers.
Partner with construction team in updating new store fixture packages, store layouts and designs.
Partner with merchant team in writing visual merchandising direction for test stores.


Minimum 7 years visual merchandising experience; at least 2 years experience as a Visual Merchandise Manager; specialty retailer highly preferred.
Merchandising experience (knowledge of fashion “product”).
Experience working in a corporate visual environment.
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of graphic design programs a plus.

Bachelor Degree in visual design, merchandising or equivalent.
