GM/Head of Digital Commerce

Reports to

President & Chief Commercial Officer

Responsibilities

General Management:
Serve as a general manager and entrepreneurial leader for website, including leading all digital ecommerce strategy, development, optimization and execution initiatives
Drive the digital experience from a utilitarian ecommerce site to an immersive brand experience across all platforms
Lead omnichannel best practices and align resources to full omni implementation
Build critical functions and capabilities including analytics, user experience, design, wed and mobile development
Drive brand and product positioning, resulting in measurable increased sales and profitability. Apply detailed analysis to influence business decisions to drive further performance
Partner with senior management in the establishment of budgets and strategies to achieve defined objectives. Develop and execute both short- and long-term business plans for continued sales and profit growth
Maximize third party relationships and partnerships with an eye toward creating synergies and driving a seamless, integrated customer-focused experience
Own and drive the full channel P&L. Oversee all technology, analytics and global product management , site development and user experience
Work collaboratively within the organization to ensure execution of key initiatives that lead to increased market share and profitability across all product lines and consumer segments
Continue to build, foster and develop the ecommerce team, through ongoing and effective training, development and retention
