VICE PRESIDENT OF CORPORATE SALES
This position will have overall responsibility for wholesale and alternative sales. The individual will be expected to deliver and drive sales development of the Corporate Gift and Web Partners businesses, National Accounts, Business to Business, and Wholesale. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, motivational and communication skills, will be flexible in addressing each business, and will be very organized and detail oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit and attitude.
Overall Responsibilities Include:
Design and implementation of strategies to ensure that overall budget objectives are met in the short, medium and long term.
Make sure that sales targets are achieved and expenses are kept under control.
Oversee sales teams that are dedicated to different categories, coach sales associates, support them in sales initiatives, and motivate them.
Act as account executive for large clients as needed. This includes managing relationships with senior clients.
Ensure the availability of products for all Business to Business, National Accounts, Web Partners and Corporate Accounts. This includes interacting with sales associates so that forecasts are accurate, interacting with Planning, Forecasting and headquarters to make sure forecasts are updated and followed through, and interacting with the United States Distribution Center to make sure that adequate inventory levels are kept.
Providing feedback to headquarters on new products required by the US market, and overseeing the ordering of new products.
Manage the creation of new selling tools (catalogs, etc), and selecting and attending adequate selling venues (trade shows, etc).

S/he will develop and maintain meaningful relationships both internally and externally.
A strong, dynamic leader, s/he leads by example and has demonstrated the ability to build, lead, manager and motivate a sales team.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in wholesale.
S/he must be a self starter.
Strong communication, management, presentation, and facilitation skills.
An MBA, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
